As a pastor I oversee a congregation, as an apostle I oversee a family. In the congregation whosoever will, let him come. An apostolic ministry is Holy Spirit connected. We are a family. Anything that is important in life is rarely achieved without relationships. I receive great joy helping others reach the totality of what God has called them to do. As Pastor Margaret and I have worked tirelessly building others, God has blessed us with His finest sons and daughters. As we have worked building His kingdom globally the rewards of sons and daughters have brought much joy to our hearts.

Bishop David Aaron Richey is Founder and Presiding Bishop of a national and international fellowship of churches, Operation MOBILE International Churches, Inc. Bishop Richey is also the Founder and Senior Pastor of GC3 Church in Mobile, Alabama.
What is OMIC?
OMIC is a 501(c)3 non profit organization in the United States. Using various methods, OMIC has been very effective in apostolic worldwide missions, leadership, and equipping the body of Christ to change communities. The organization is a fellowship of churches that are called to build leaders, churches, and communities all over the world. OMIC operates as covering and oversight ministry to churches, ministries, and ministers in the United Staes and Internationally.

OMIC is based in Mobile, Alabama. GC3 Church is the Headquarters church of
Operation MOBILE International Churches, INC.
GC3 is a thriving and growing church that sits on a beautiful thirteen acre campus.
